Without giving too much away: I have worked up a high-quality digital version of a logo used in some Lego product lines. I would definitely like to see Lego acquire a license and started producing mecha themed sets(if they can't do something cool on their own - highly likely). I've made a point of avoiding video games for years now. It's weird because I love them. I know this is gonna seem REALLY Old Skool, but, I loved my Nintendo! (...) For LDraw, we've 'declared' color code 383 to be for silver/chrome/metal. But chrome (and any metallic look) isn't a color so much as a surface appearance -- it's reflective, mirror-like. Honestly, I couldn't tell you. I was in the American model shop in Enfield and we had constraints that the model shop in Billund did not have. Actually the bricks I had available in the model shop had everything to do with the inventory that Lego had. Where do you think we got our bricks from? I always find these types of comments fascinating. It could be that LEGO has changed quite a bit since I was a Model Builder for them.
