  Re: You get to choose!

(...) Yeah I pretty much voted the same way you voted, Aaron, as I feel the same way about the sets in question. I'm crazy about castle too, so I'd get multiple copies of 6074 for the grey bricks, walls, and corners. And those minifigs! I only have (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) Well folk, just returned from voting (how could I resist!) and those are some "interesting" choices. Let me post here what my impressions as a 25+ year Fan-O-LEGO and an owner of what my wife calls,"too much LEGO": 1. Yellow Castle (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) WELCOME BACK, BLACK SEAS BARRACUDA! Ok, it's a premature statement, but of the 5 listed, it is by far, the greatest of the 5! Be sure to vote and bring one of the 5 back (hint: vote for the BSB! LOL)! -EmeraldOak (Robert) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

Waa Hoo! Those are all great sets that I would like to get. Of course being a space fan my vote had to go to the best space theme ever, Blacktron. I would be almost as happy with a Falcon Fortress though just for the grey pieces. -Mike Petrucelli (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) Wow! I think it's great for Lego to give us such a great selection to choose from. While I'm leaning towards the 6285 or the yellow castle, I am wondering about the comment on the new tree for set 6390. Will this be a NEW tree (unlike any (...) Me too. Pirates were a theme that ran during my dark age; I'm seriously bummed that I missed them. No really, I'm crying right now... I'd love to see a nice big BROWN hull make it's way into my collection. Groove On. -Evil Wayne ___...___ (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) Hello all...8^) My two bricks on the potential re-releases: 375 Yellow Castle Now here is a Legend choice. I can remember seeing it in the catalogs way back when and wishing I had it. Plus seeing the castle ideas in the old 6000 idea book and (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

I had to vote for the Barracuda :P All of the other sets can be built, or very nearly so, from easily accessible pieces. The Barracuda, however ... those pieces are a treasure! -s (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) person...why are we allowed to vote twice a day? Maybe this would have worked best as a straight poll, with IPs logged? Matt (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) Cool. At Brickfest last year, I practically begged Brad Justus to re-release the Battrax as the next Legends set. It certainly is nice to know he listened. Excellent! *crosses fingers* Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) I too voted for 6390 for the simple fact that it was going for in excess of $100 on E-bay, and it would be sold for around $60. "...it would include new ”rails” for the crane to slide sideways in, new road plates with a broader road and fewer (...) (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

The voting page mentions some changes required for the yellow castle, but I didn't see anything about the little red windows. Could this set possibly come with the real 1x1x1 windows? I need to know before I register to vote. :) Don (22 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: You get to choose!

(...) Jake, all I can say is, Wow! Why do you torture me so? As a fan of Town, I lean towards <Set:6390> But, as a lover of "my Era" of classic sets, I look towards <Set:6285> Grrr, Decisions Decisions! :) Also, one quick question. If LEGO can (...)   Re: You get to choose!

(...) Alright! Let's see some space! (or on the contrary, something cool at that:) I'm just hoping the next Legend will diversify the Legend's series. Then Lego Direst's product line will be a *bit* more stellar. Just my two brickz... <<_Matt (...) (22 years ago, 11-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)
