  Question re: the bulk discount

I admit I might be a little slow due to the joy I'm feeling over this news, but... How exactly does the bulk discount work? Do you have to order 5 of the EXACT same item to get the 5% discount? Or can I order 5 items total, and get a 5% discount on (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: bulk ordering is here!

Yep, I've written down a $200 order and will be calling it in tonight. I wonder what the expanded selection will be. I'd love to see smaller tiles. Heh heh heh.... 'MO window pieces. Jason (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: bulk ordering is here!

(...) I'm still reeling at the thought of being able to buy 200 small spruce trees for $78.50 ($80 * .9 + $6.50 for shipping). I just hope they bring back the egg-shaped trees at a similar (or heck, not so similar) price. I for one am looking (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  LEGO.com back up

LEGO.com and the new bulk services page ((URL) are once again fully accessible. We had a server problem this morning unrelated to traffic volume (bad timing, eh?) -- and there is indeed lots of traffic!   Re: bulk ordering is here!

Hey Y'all: Whereas some Lugnuts have been left out of the mix because of their geographic locations, maybe those of us in the U.S. and Canada with previous dealings with others abroad can fill in the gap and help these people get their hands on some (...)   Re: bulk ordering is here!

(...) Yes, in an ideal world, I'd like to see all the instructions available for download in a single printable (PDF?) document. However, I expect TLG would want to host that themselves (if at all). If they did, a high quality set data base which, (...) (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.publish, lugnet.cad)

(...) Thanks Brad! This is an excellent start for bulk ordering. I can't wait to see what new elements are added this fall. Would you like suggestions? KL (24 years ago, 14-Jun-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: bulk ordering is here!

(...) Wow, I'm more impressed than I thought I'd be. Pricing is a little whacky on some elements in some colors, but that comes from Lego looking at a grey brick as the same as a red brick since they probably cost them the same to make.
