I haven't had a problem with Lego pieces since one of the new 9v motors in my
Mindstorms set went clunk a year and a half ago. I called Lego Canada customer
service, and they referred me to a 1-800 number in the States. I answered the
operator's questions, and the part appeared a short while later.
I'd still try Lego Canada first, and they'll tell you who to call. Or call S@H
and navigate the telephone system. They're very serious about QA...
