As a parent of a child that has a userid at lego.com, I got the following
message recently (it was HTML but it came to an ID I access with outlook express
so all I have for you is text...
Here's the problem, the URL that you go to when you click on the image gives a
"cannot find server"
I'm within the timeline. Is this a known issue?

Dear Parent or Legal Guardian,
Our young LEGO® fans have repeatedly told us that they want to "tell the LEGO
Company what they think!" Now your child might have the opportunity to do just
that. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a boy between the ages of 7 and
11, let us know if your child would like to participate in a special survey.
Your permission would be required.
If you are one of the first 3,000 customers to reply back to us by filling out
the brief questionnaire through the button below, we will send you another email
with a questionnaire for your child to complete. Please feel free to help your
child complete the questionnaire if he needs help.
Please respond to this email by Thursday, May 13th at 8:00 EST, if you think
your child would be interested!
Best regards,
The LEGO Company
