Boy am I disappointed....
There is only one legendary Model Team set, and that's the Black Cat
(5571). Just read the notes in the Lugnet guide.
If for whatever reason the Black Cat can't be reproduced then 5590/91
would be second choice. This hot rod is one of the more boring sets in
the Model Team range.
Seriously Lego, when the Legend series was announced I was really
hoping to be able to buy the great sets I missed when I was young and
in my Dark Ages. So far I find the choice of sets disappointing except
for the Constellation. That was ruined by the headlight bricks
replacing the 1x1 windows though....
Just to refresh some memories here are some truly legendary sets that
I and a lot of other people are waiting for:
928 Galaxy Explorer
5571 Black Cat
8480 Space Shuttle
8868 Airtech Claw Rig
7740 Electric Inter-city train set
