Brad Justus of LEGO Direct approached us last week with a bold new idea: He would like to allow the community to design its own collection of LEGO branded items, to be sold online by The LEGO Company through a third party such as CafePress.com, with (...) (26 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.publish, lugnet.admin.general) !!

(...) Who would like to see a *Train* t-shirt? One suitable for wearing as a uniform for those doing Train shows and displays such as GATS. (...) I like this idea. Make a lot of different designs to fit different themes (like 3 or 4 prominent logos per theme).
