Question about set 725 town plan and Peeron inventory

I have another problem with the lego inventory. I have two 725 sets and they
both come with the garage plate and door parts. These are not on the inventory.
The picture on the box shows a garage with these. This set was inventoried from
a MISB. The question is are there the garage parts in this set?
Two other points, I have never seen the red or blue versions of the road signs
and mine had the white ones. Are there really red and blue road signs with the
round base?
At first I was very pleased to see a set this old inventoried from a MISB, but
once I saw the above problems I started to wonder. Is there really any unopened
725 sets still around and why would someone that found one open it?
If anyone know about the garage or signs please let me know.
