I just emailed it to you, but in case anyone else would like to add it to
their site, you can download it at:

Just go to this link, right click, and choose "Save As..."

On a related note, I will be working on adding some minor functionality and
details on how to link directly to your link. This will allow you to
encourage visitors to your site to go straight to a particular model you
have added to the BI Portal in order to rank it, or review it. I hope to
have that in place by the end of next week.
