Hi Mike.
LUGNET doesn't have instructions at all, but does point to instructions on
http://www.brickshelf.com. Brickshelf only has instructions from 1998 and
before, so I imagine it could be two more years before the instructions for
2000 become available.
Many of the instructions are for sale on BrickLink. Here's a search that
shows the available Dino Island instructions:
