Call me a geek, but doesn't the Outback Racer 6550

sort of look like a hopped up version of the car in the shell promo set 1255

Maybe the outback racer is the Gruppe-B racer version of an everyday lego
sedan.
If these were cars in the real world, they availability would be reversed, and
if you lived in the USA you would never be able to get the really cool off-
road racer version..
(Sorry, I am still a little bummed that I could not get an all wheel drive
golf six speed with the big engine over here.)
