New Click Hinges??

Does anyone else see a new style of click hinge in the 'City Center' Sets.
It appears in 6600 on the digger bucket that is laying on the ground.
There
appears to be a 1x6x1 and 1x4x1 double sided click hinge(and a 1x2x1). My
guess
is that it attaches to the loader or maybe the crane.
The new hinges also appear in 6478 and 6477 as supports for the fire
trucks.
Also, the police barricade truck looks pretty good(of course- it would be
better
with doors). Although almost all of the new CityCenter stuff seems to have
those
one piece car bases.
