Actually, I have found the polybags to be good inexpensive sources for parts
(especially when they go on sale for less than $1.00 US).  I don't have
numbers with me, but I seem to remember that the U.F.O. polybag had some
decent parts in it (including the trans-green antenna).  Picked those up at
TRU for a pittance.  They also can be a very inexpensive source for
mini-figs (IMHO).
