You need to remember that TLG needs to compete for kids money etc with a
lot of new types of leasure activities including video games, that it
did not have to compete with a few years ago (when video games were not
what they are today).
Hence the lego software.
Also what do girls play with? barbie!
Therefore scala and belville.
