Cool mech model in July/August mania mag

My son just got enrolled in the Mania mag subscription and got the July/August
issue (along with September/October).
There is a VERY cool mech model on the page where fans send in pictures of
their own creations. The model is called Xentex-Blue and while it isn't
very large, it is quite well done. I'd really like to scan this pic and share
it with folks that don't get the mag but I'm concerned about publishing rights.
Any ideas on what would be the best way to share the image with other surfers?
