According to a local shop keeper, ZNAP was amongst the big sellers last
Christmas. My guess would be that kids had not long seen the adverts, and
parents, etc. were happy to buy a quality name...
FYI: non UK catalogues hint at new ZNAP sets being released around about
now(ish). I bet that they won't sell so well this year...

| I succumbed to the joy of Znap today and bought my first set for the bargain price of UKP 7.50; that's either -UKP 8 for a motor or a lot for some black plastic. (It was 3552, the black and green helicopter, if anyone's interested). I found it (...) (25 years ago, 5-Aug-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk)
