It's seems that the TLG fitness program has claimed another victim with the
recent announcement that LEGO NZ is effectively closing down.
Under the new structure LEGO NZ's operations will be handled by LEGO
Australia, which effectively means that NZ will be considered a 7th state of
Australia.
There will still be a small sales team based in Auckland but the
wharehousing and distribution will be handled by a third party. The spare
parts operation will likewise be handled in Australia which will see the
introduction of an 0800 number to service customers in NZ.
