LEGO® Completes Upgrade of its ‘Brick House’

Toymaker LEGO Systems, Inc., Enfield, CT has completed its $7 million upgrade of
approximately 125,000 square feet of raw, high-bay manufacturing space into
bright, efficient and comfortable office space at its North American
headquarters in Enfield.
About 300 employees are now housed in the renovated space known as “Brick
House.”
Enfield Builders Inc. was construction manager for the building.
Moser Pilon Nelson Architects of Wethersfield was the designer.
