cyborg - there's a blacktron ii 'b' emblem on his chest

Look at Rench from the Space Police III series to see the original Blacktron
torso with the Blacktron II "Super-B" logo tacked on.

mummy - arm prints (bandages)..has this been done before??

On a mummy?  No.  As stated, Boba Fett from the Cloud City playset is the first
standard minifig to receive arm/leg deco, Greedo from the Mos Eisley Cantina
playset was the second, and the Bespin Guard from the 2006 Boba Fett's Slave I
was the third (somewhere in there the large Trolls from the recent Castle theme
came out, but let's ignore non-standard minifigs such as them for now).  The
Mime from S2 is the fourth standard minifig in general and the first Collectible
Minifig to get arm deco, and the Cheerleader from S1 was the first minifig of
any sort to get side-deco on the legs.  There have been at least half a dozen
CMs with side-deco on the legs (Cheerleader, Spartan, Roosevelt, Weightlifter,
Surfer, Pharaoh, Mummy, and Tennis Player), but I don't recall ever seeing this
done in a regular set.  The Mexican is the only Collectible Minifig to date to
feature _no_ torso deco, and the Mummy and Gorilla are the first two to feature
painted backs.

elf - comes with a 'long' bow.  i don't recall seeing these before

You haven't.  A lot of the gear, and at least a few of the hairdos are original
to the CM series, though at least one such piece (Skateboarder hair to Ron
Weasley) has made the jump to regular sets.  Even the Native American headdress
is a new sculpt, though it only varies slightly from the original Western theme
version (note that the hair below the headband is longer on the new one).  Heck,
even after just releasing a new version of the baseball cap (curved, shorter
brim vs. flat, longer brim), they sculpted a completely new cap just for two S3
minifigs, with a six-panel design, a button on top, an opening for an adjustable
strap (though the strap is missing), and two lines of stitching around the top
of the brim.  Additionally, to date every single painted piece in the CM series
is unique to that specific minifig, even including stuff you wouldn't expect
like the Native American feather (painted only on one side, where the Western
version is painted on both) and the Robot's robot arm (slightly, but noticably
different shade of silvertone paint from what was used on all the Agents
villains).  Note that the Spartan/Chief spear is formed of two different types
and colors of plastic, so even that does not violate this apparent rule, though
I have to wonder how long it will last in terms of equipment, given pieces such
as the microphone and trophy which have very limited possibilities (gold,
silver, and bronze trophies will be available as of the release of S4 minifigs).
Heads and torsos, I expect, shall always have 100% unique deco, even if the
accessories start to be repeated.

rapper - speaker surfaces on boombox are actually textured (not just painted)

just my two bits..i'd be interested to hear if anyone else has noticed nice
little details like these.

Well, for the fact that the Rapper is not one of my favorite CMs, it is by far
the most detailed minifig I can recall seeing from any theme/line.  There are
two notches cut into his right eyebrow (I know at least one person who inflicted
that look on himself in high school), shutter shades, all gold teeth, a chain
w/medallion hanging around his neck, the logo on his belt and hat match (minifig
head logo), stiched pockets on his jeans, metal studs on his belt, a wallet
chain, and to top it all off...you can see the waistband of his boxers showing
over his jeans (the belt is painted across the top of his legs, and there's a
B/W pattern on the face of the hips, where belts are usually painted)..
