Does anyone know what the value of LEGO Set 003
Master Mechanic Set would be?

What would the value be if the set is New In Box (sealed) with a box rating of
9. Minor scratches on the box, no dents.
What would the value be if the set was opened (complete) with the same box
rating above?

Background Info
I am helping someone (person wishes to remain unknown) who is not an AFOL to get
an estimate on the value of a LEGO collection that the person has. Most of the
collection is current year 2000 to present. However there are some older sets
in the collection as well. This set above in particular is giving me trouble to
give a value to as I have not seen any auctions or selling data in recent years
for it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
