Found 810 Complete Town Plan Set from 1965.

I've found a person offering this set, in its original wooden box with
town plan board and about 2000 pieces, including Esso tanker and
volkswagon metal cars and flat trees. There are no instructions but many
design ideas on the outer cover.
Can anyone tell me if this set had instructions? How many pieces was it
supposed to have? How many metal vehicles? How many trees?
He said that it is missing two Vespa motor scooters and some signs but
is in otherwise excellent condition. Some white piece have yellowed.
Anyone hazard a guess what it might be worth?
