  Re: OMG, articulated skeleton arms?!!

(...) The answer is clear to me-- saves TLG $$$. Anytime they can eliminate a mold and "shoot two birds with one stone", it cuts their production costs. It appears to me that droid arms have been getting a lot more use than as just as arms. As a (...) (18 years ago, 29-Dec-06, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.town, FTX)

(...) arms, then they'd be holding their weapons *sideways*. The "lead" skeleton there looks like he might have a droid arm for his *right* arm (because his flail is arguably sideways), but most of the rest of the skeletons are all holding their (...)   LEGO CD - Little Hidden Secrets....

Hey no problem Josh, I am glad you like the CD so much! When I first finished it and added all the PDF Bookmarks, I thought that it didn't seem that big??? But then I realized that with so many huge chapters, it all adds up! Did you guys like the (...) (18 years ago, 28-Dec-06, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.general)

  Re: Best year

(...) Very impressive. Very impressive indeed. I totally was not expecting the change in quality, but I guess that's what I get from having low expectations. Would anyone happen to have pictures of any of the other new castle sets? I'd be interested (...) (18 years ago, 28-Dec-06, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.town)

  Winter Tree

(URL) All in all it uses 31 green large leaves and 64 white large leaves. I'm rather please that, though I didn't use any small leaves, I was still able to get a conifer-like shape. If you'd like to know why I used green to begin with, I did it for (...) (18 years ago, 27-Dec-06, to lugnet.general, lugnet.trains, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: Very Complex Early LEGO History

A Photo Gallery has been installed on the LEGO CD website. It contains 45 pics gleaned from the over 1,700 used on the CD. Check it out! Most of these items will be unfamiliar to many people. And some will be very familiar! (URL) Istok (18 years ago, 27-Dec-06, to lugnet.general)

Re: Links Fixed, Firefox 2.0.0.1 Downloaded

(...) Well the latest version of Firefox (2.0.0.1) has been downloaded and installed. So give it another try. Also there are now 2 ways to get the LEGO CD sample Chapters. And the red church is gone. See if there are any further obstructions to (...) (18 years ago, 27-Dec-06, to lugnet.general)

Re: Very Complex Early LEGO History

(...) You might want to look at using something other than Micro$oft Word to design your webpages, so people using browsers other than Internet Exploiter can download them. Those download links don't work in other browsers. ROSCO (18 years ago, 25-Dec-06, to lugnet.general)

  Very Complex Early LEGO History

OK, I am going to insult 99% of all Adult Fans Of LEGO.... "99% of all AFOLs have no clue as to how complex 1950's and 1960's LEGO sets and parts really are!" OK, now I'll appologize.... Sorry!
