So, if Lego calls green - dark green, then what do they call the colour we
call dark-green ?

‘Earth Green’. See Peeron’s color chart.
Oddly enough, red is called ‘Bright Red’, while green is called ‘Dark Green’.
And dark red is called ‘Dark Red’, not ‘Earth Red’.
