OK,
I just got word back from Billund.... the #077 basic set DOES exist... It was
sold from Jan. 1,1971 until Dec. 31, 1972 in Germany. The set is IDENTICAL to
the earlier #070 (1967-72) basic set, except for the box number. Other European
countries (including Denmark) continued to sell the #070 set until the new 1973
basic sets came out in late 1972.
