Hi,
I have a baseplate that I can't find on Lugnet or Peeron. It's 50x50, less than
plate thickness (whatever the term for that is), green, and has smooth grey
roads 14 studs wide. The roads enter on three of the sides, curve a bit, and
meet close to the middle. Here's an attempt at ACSII art, with dots for the stud
areas and blanks for the roads:

I can't remember exactly when I got it, but I think it was no later than 1978,
maybe closer to 1975. It's a blast to build with, especially if one places the
town's skyscraper in the little peninsula in the center. I'm just trying to
satisfy my curiosity. Any information would be appreciated.
Thanks.

It's listed as set 078 on Lugnet: (URL) a few pictures on Brickshelf: (URL) one I've seen had very unusual rounded top studs, instead of the (...) (20 years ago, 21-Mar-05, to lugnet.general)
