Remember, Jake said they used the last of the ABS pellets in Maersk Blue for this run.  Also,
Maersk themselves may have had the contract written to limit the distribution of the set.

I just know that if we put one on an SCLTC layout that we will get a zillion
comments that will seque to "I've never seen that in a store". The average LEGO
buyer does not buy his/her LEGO online. They buy it in toy stores. I cannot
believe that this model would not sell big time in stores! Doesn't LEGO need the
money?
