I know exactly what you mean! Couldn't agree more with you, mr. Hietbrink!
After taking the survey last Friday, I went back today to see if more people
might have choosen one of the options I suggested.
Now I see that most of the suggestions I made are totally disappeared! One of
them was the suggestion for the release of a Jabba's Sailbarge set (under the
Star Wars sections of course) and it has been replaced by someone else's
suggestion for *the same set*, only put *in other words*! Therefore it has
dropped to the 10th place of suggestions, while obviously more people wish to
see a set like this released...
...I'm afraid this works (or *doesn't work* actually...) in the same way
throughout the entire survey!
In the end TLC receives a lot of feedback and suggestions, in Top10 order, but I
doubt if it will still be representative for the wishes of it's customers...
Just a Dutch lurker's 2 cents.
P.S.1. In case I'm wrong, that is if in the end all similar votes/suggestions
will be added to eachother before counting (in the believe and hope that TLC
actually *will* do *something* with the community's input) then I really wonder
how the survey system keeps track of this, cause I couldn't find any survey
explanation on this particular matter...
P.S.2. I do not desperately need an officially released Sail Barge set (if that
is what my message *might* imply to some people...)
Just took that as an example for explaining my matter.
Oh, and eh, I must say I'm glad I'm Space complete, cause a Classic Space Legend
in new lightgray just wouldn't be a Legend no more!
(I'm sorry if this sounds a bit conceited or sore. No harm intended; I'm happy
with the new SW sets -despite some of it's colors-!)
Nevertheless, thanks to Jake for his ongoing efforts to support the community!
(I think the bricks & plates packs are obvious evidence of Jake's possibilities
within The company...it's a -small- turn into the right direction!)
