In addition to consumer feedback pointing this out – and not positively – we didn’t like the “muddiness” either, and looked for a solution to make all the LEGO colors “fit”.

How many “consumers” pointed this out, and how was the data collected?

Check that picture from Joe again; you can clearly see how much nicer the new colors look.

Is that a subjective comment based on a single scan?

These new colors are brighter and sharper and more consistent with the primary palette for which the LEGO Brand is known.

Do you get paid for saying stuff like that? ;)

More and more I associate the “LEGO Brand” with poor customer relations and dire customer service(1). TLC should focus on fixing that before worrying about how “sharp” grey is!

Sharp grey is the new muddy grey!

1 Ever order from S@H online only to get a partial order as stuff is “backorder cancelled”? I have... many times!

Have you had a look at Arthurs Seat Yet?
