I just wanted everyone to know, if you are lucky enough to live in Atlanta (like
myself) there are 2 Lego outlet stores nearby. (lucky me!)
All the Lego Studio sets, jurassic park, monster sets are 50% off.
This sale has been going on since the July 4th weekend.
Also soccer is 75% off, but really there isn't anything besides some goal
scoring sets, i bought all the women's teams there were available at $2.44
each!!
And until they had to inventory the stores, 7163 Republic Gunship was $39.99!!!
If people out there are wondering what does a lego outlet store carry, well,
studios, some star wars mostly 2002-2003 releases, some 2001, the big lego
minifigure, and the big historical airplanes, trains and train tracks (no they
never go on sale, i've checked plenty of times), all the adventurers orient
expedition, nba, The belville stuff in the catalog with the arabian girl and
some fairy stuff, it also sells t-shirts, purses and coffee mugs, most of the
racers sets, the island extreme stunts, snowboarding/skateboarding, lots of
bionicle stuff too.
Also it sells pencils, pens, pencil boxes, magnets, keychains, small souveniers.
And there is a 7' Darth Vadel on display at the Discover Mills store.
But nope sorry nothing prior to 2000 stuff, you have to get those on the
internet or yard sales!
