So just catching up with a little past news from before I began posting on
lunet. Earlier this year I came across the oppertunitly of a life time. Being 18
and having many of my friends getting ready to go off to college one of my
freinds happen to be getting rid of his lego collection. So one blustery winter
day (around february) I left his hous with several boxes of lego sets for
absolutely nothing... FREE! I was a mazed that he'd be just getting rid of all
his sets as I remember he ahd quite a collection while we were growing up. I
myself was also busy with school and had little time to look over my "catch". I
finally lugged out the boxes today and had several ghood surprises. The first
was that the boxes were semi-organized with respective instruction manuals in
the boxes with the parts to the sets (all were disassembled whcihc makes it more
fun) There we also only about 3 sets per box so sorting wouldnt be that much fo
a problem. Last none of the sets showed great wear as they were never really
played with. the list of sets is as follows (so far)
6268 renegade runner
6267 lagoon lock up
6398 Central Precinct HQ
6344 Jet Speed Justice
6667 Pothole Patcher
6670 Rescue Rig
6342 Beach Rescue Chopper
6350 Pizza To Go
6537 Hydro Racer
6538 Rebel Roadster
6595 Surf Shack
6078 Royal Drawbridge
6090 Royal Knight's Castle
6036 Skeleton Surprise
6562 Gas Stop Shop
6596 Wave Master
6338 Hurricane Harbor
6414 Dolphin Point
6615 Eagle Stunt Flyer
6581 Dig N' Dump
6649 Street Sweeper
There's more too I'm just amazed as a lego collector all of this for free.
