Thanks for the feedback. This was actually a combination of many
techniques. I used MLCAD to create the minifig positioning. Exported the
model to MEGA POV_RAY using LPUB. Rendering the model with an outline.
Removed the interior color of the model. Finally I imported the rendering
into the famous Vitruvian print and did ALOT of touch up, hand drawing and
cloning. BTW, I use Paint Shop Pro for all of my imaging.
I am not totally happy with the results. This was a test. I plan on making
the image much larger (and using vector graphics) so that it can be printed
or used as a background image.
