Hi there, Jeff!
I'd like to add to this convo by pointing out some of my first LUGNET-based
infulences:
Karin Nassar-his dragon mecha pretty much started this whole thing for me.
Brad Hamilton-I'd never seen building quite like his before-complete
inspiration finding out he's my age and we live not too far apart.
Colin Gutierrez-The first mecha builder I'd ever emulated. What a great
place to start!
Jon Palmer-His space designs took up where Lego left off years ago.
Dan Jassim-ditto but less frequently and with larger results.
Mark Sandlin-The first builder whe frequently straddled the fence between
space and mecha and did it quite successfully.
Kevin Loch-DinoTron. 'nuff said!
That would be my list of original inspirations, though a great many more
have joined that list as current inspirations.
