Hi folks,
Something has been driving me nuts for the last few weeks and all the
searching on the Internet and asking on rtlToronto has yieled nothing. The
other day I read about Ankersteines (very cool!) and it got me thinking
about this toy I once had but don't know the name of:
I used to (15-20 years ago) buy these little toys which were Korean
or Japanese that had sticks of gum in them. I think they were Lotte gum.
Anyways, the toys were these little cars and trucks which were multicoloured
and snapped together with little black tabs and coloured rivets.
They were smaller versions of larger, very expensive European toys
called..."S-Point" or something. Really quite pretty. The models were very
stylized, almost idealistic, which was like the Lego of the mid
eighties/early nineties.
Anyone know the name of this toy?
Calum

| (...) It only took five years to find out, but the toy was called Schleich S-Point. For example: (URL) (17 years ago, 23-Dec-07, to lugnet.general)
