Thanks Joe. Yep, I think you covered the basics. I've done this magicwanding,
repeating and blurring on a couple of pictures which, of course, aren't posted
:( . I did it with blending space landing baseplates in with natural ground.
And editing individual pixels does occur but it's worth it. But you're
absolutely right: the lighting is very important and must look similar or no
snazzy backgrounding will look natural. I've even created shadowing where none
previously existed to help alleviate this somewhat.
When I get my site back up you'll see. Sometimes it's obvious that I generated
a picture background, but in most cases it still looks better than a kitchen
table.
