I just got back from a two week trip to visit my parents in Page, AZ, as
well as visit Bryce Canyon, Zion, and Grand Canyon National Parks, and Las
Vegas.  My travels took me through St. George, Utah where I stopped at a
consignment shop called 2nd Hand.  In it I found a box of LEGO for $300.
It's all in good condition including instructions.  Some the instructions
included are the Blacksmith Shop, Armor Shop, King's Castle, Black Forest
Fortress, Camoflauged Outpost, Siege Tower, Battering Ram, Catapult,
Jousting Knights x3, Knight's Arsenal, Twin-Armed Launcher, Horse Cart,
Siege Cart, Supply Wagon, Viking Voyager, Cargo Center, Motorcycle Shop,
lots of small town sets, etc.  I'm just now sorting through the LEGO itself
to see how much is complete, but I've found unopened bags from the Knight's
Arsenal and Twin-Armed Launcher, as well as parts unique to some of the
other castle sets, so I know that they're in the pile somewhere.

The woman that ran the shop said that there had been a "LEGO collector" in
the shop recently that told her that as soon as he got his tax return he
would be in to buy the box.  I assume that if he's as big a collector as she
seemed to think he is that he's at least lurking on LUGNET.  If you are, I
just wanted to apologize for snatching the FOTW out from underneath you and
bringing in home to Washington with me.  8-)
