So are you most interested in sculpted heads (a'la Yoda, Gringott's goblins,
Ewoks, etc.) or would highly detailed waterslide decals on standard heads
work as well?
I've done both (well, to an extent...the sculpting is a bear working at
actual size, without being able to work at n-up scale and pantographing the
size down, or [as many professionals do now] working in CAD and
rapid-prototyping or 3D printing the parts or molds), and would be willing
to talk to you about it. I'll e-mail you seperately on this.
