House of the Future contest winners

I have just been looking through the winners of the House of the Future contest
Lego sponsored a little while ago. I must say that I am pretty unimpressed by
most of the entries. I did like Alicia McDaniel's underwater city:

I think this is also pictured in the latest Mania magazine. I like the organic
shapes of the coral - it's very colorful and effective. The idea of an
underwater monorail is great! Lego should have made one for their Divers
series :) Just think - blue track - monorails that open like the subs do - a
station base with all those aquarium looking pieces :) I like it (might have
to build one myself)
