Actually, in re-thinking this, why not apply this in it's purest form to
what REALLY counts in the eyes of most executives, the Machiavellian
plotting and warfare that actually determines who's in charge and who gets
what. After all, this is the primary focus in how how most large companies
are run. Each corporate officer is issued a Lego castle, minifig army and
weaponry appropriate to their status. Following published rules of
engagement, everyone is left to their own devices and alliance forming
abilities and once a year, a brief period of warfare occurs which determines
who is "King" for the following year. Of course, the devious ones will spend
outrageous amounts on eBay to supplement their armies (sort of like hiring
mercenaries). TLC might actually start re-releasing classic castle sets to
meet the demand :)
