To anyone who might have tried to access my website (The ABC Showcase)
recently from the links here at LUGNET I have the bad news to share that
nbci.com terminated my account.  I had thought that the inaccessibility of
my site for a couple of weeks was simply due to the usual poor service that
nbci provides.  However when I inquired they sent me a note saying I had
violated their TOS and my site had been deleted.  Of course, they couldn't
be bothered to tell me exactly which rule I had violated.  They also have
not responded to my request for clarification or my questions about whether
there was any grovelling I could do that would be sufficient to get my
account restored.

So for now there is no Animated Brick Company Showcase available on the web.
Hopefully I'll either get the nbci.com back up or be able to find another
host in the near future.  I'll let folks know what happens.

In the meantime, if you're looking for some animated LEGO fun then head on
over to brickfilms.com where they now have over 80 videos listed in the
directory for you to check out.

Hey Greg. I have tried NBCI and I didn't care for it much either. You might try checking out www.sphosting.com You get 35 MBs of space and no banner ads (pop-ups instead. oh well.) Anyway I like it, but just a thought. Rob McMurray (URL) <--under (...) (23 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.animation)
