Anyone know where in the US to exchange foreign coinage?

My friends just came back from a London/Paris trip and have a small mass of
coinage including pence, punds, and francs and don't know where here in the
Us to exchange them back to dollars. The banks will exchange bills just
fine, but not coins. Any suggestions?
