Is 6461 Surveillance Chopper a real set?

I was looking through Felix Greco's Aquazone webpage, which linked to
another page that featured ray-traced LEGO models
(http://www.ettnet.se/~solid/lego/lego.shtml). One of the sets shown as
a raytrace is 6461 Surveillance Chopper. I had never seen this set
before. I looked the set up in the LUGNET database and was surprised to
see it listed there, albeit without a lot of information other than a
release date and a pic of the box. Something is a little fishy to me
about this set...it has a black-suited astronaut (all other Space Port
guys wear white suits) and the Space Port logo is different than all the
other Space Port sets. Can anyone conform that this is a real set?

| Thomas, Yes, the set is real. I purchased several from overseas, just to get the minifig. The guy driving the copter is a security guy (as opposed to an astronaut), thus the different uniform. The copter itself is kinda goofy, but I like the fig. I (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)
