Hi,
according to unconfirmed (but serious) sources from Germany, (if you speak German see this link in the German Lego forum

the forthcoming Harry Potter sets will be in true minifig scale, no Creator or Belville scale...
One set will feature Harry Potter's castle-like school Hogwarts that will include some secret corridors ....
Hagrid's shack will be another set -may be openable and with many accessories (whatever this means..)
Hagrid will be bigger than the other minifigs (I assume Chewbacca/Wattoo-like modifications here..)
Other minifigs that are said to be released:
Harry Potter (with red scar)
Voldemort
Snape
Dumbledore
Arnold (will not appear -neither in the sets nor in the movie....)
