It used to be that value packs gave you a taste of everything- you might get a set from Race, Pirates, Blacktron and Black Knights all boxed together. Today it is all single-themed- all (...) | | | | | (...) I do -- yes! The kind in the early 90's! BTW, there were many Space and Castle value packs in the 80's that were all-Space or all-Castle. One of my favorite value packs of all time is #1974 from 1989: (URL) got a Town helicopter, a Castle (...) (24 years ago, 18-Sep-00, to lugnet.general)

| | | | | | | (...) That's a wonderful set! Anything 'peasants' for Castle is much appreciated! I like the helicopter too (does it bug anyone else that the helicpters have wider tails now?). Or maybe different themes of the same general theme, like some castle, some space, all from different parts. Of course, LC has not been too responsive on (...)
