| (...) When LEGO assembles minifigs (an amazing process to watch) they put the arms in pointing straight up. Were you trying to remove them while they were pointing up, or pointing down? | (...) Well I didn't know that LEGO assembled them this way but come to think about it that is how I always disassemble mine and I have not cracked a torso yet.
