By phone the ACCC GST Info line is 1300 302 502 for the cost of a local
call. For those with web access - http://gst.accc.gov.au/ has a
"Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
There is some information on what complaints they can handle and an
online form that can be filled out with details of the complaint. It
also says "The Commission may not investigate every complaint, however, your
complaint may help detect a pattern of exploitation, which we can take action
against or warn the community about.
We will acknowledge all written communications in 7 days. Responses will be
provided within 28 days."
