Sorry Alan - I missed your question when you first posted and just stumbled
across it tonight.
To answer... YES there is an underlying political message to my scenario,
although by no means in support of any state communist ideology! So long as TLG
embraces partnerships with scummy multinational corporations like McDonald's
(and Shell and Exxon and the like), I'm going to protest by whatever means I
