You might want to check the town sets from the late 70's-mid 80's. I know
that there was a rally car and police motor-bike set, a street sweeper, and
3-4 other sets I can't remember.

Set 6075 (the origonal yellow castle) has a bunch of these figures. I have
a feeling that there are more sets containing these guys because I have
quite a few.
