Stopped by an out of the way Fred Meyer's today as they have had several
sets on clearance lately and what do you know, all the LEGO clearance was an
additional 50% off of the clearance price.
Picked up alot of stuff just for the prices. Road block runners ($9.00),
Pirate's ambush ($6.50), aquazone dozer ($8.00), and a bunch of small UFO
and Outback sets originally $2.99-$5.99 for $0.97 each. Paid a total of $90
for over $300 in LEGO.
The lady stocking the toy section said they were clearing out over a third
of the current LEGO to make room for Star Wars LEGO. Hmmm...does this mean
it could hit prior to Christmas? The shelves at all of the Fred Meyer's in
my area are looking pretty bare.
