Just a nitpick: it's only in the 1.5 RIS, not the 1.0 RIS.

Here's a strange one I haven't seen before.  It's a white gear about 3x3
with a dark gray hub in the center that would fit an axle.  It has numbers
on one side "2.5-5.0 Ncm."

Some call this piece the "clutch gear".  It's main function is to
protect a motor from stalling if the load becomes too high.  If you
hold the center axle, you should be able to turn the outer white
portion of the gear, with some friction.

It is included in the 8735 power pack, as well as the RIS and 8479
Barcode truck and 8482 Cybermaster.
