I was told by a Lego person that 8445 Indy Storm has been recalled by Lego due
to a trademark violation of Indy. This affects the US or Americas distribution
only as Europe has a different product name. The product does not appear in
the Lego.com catalog or the latest S@H catalog.

| Why should they need to recall it? Surely all that matters is that they change the name of the product on future packaging and in next year's catalogue?
